You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free accounts have usage limits as described on our pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Votype for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the service.

6. Intellectual Property

Votype and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Votype and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Your transcriptions and content remain yours.

7. Limitation of Liability

Votype is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
